Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service have developed the training of the future for not just the Fire and Rescue Services but all blue light and security services. Virtual reality training environments are totally immersive and realistic looking due to technology used. The National Fire Chiefs Council have nominated Leicestershire Fire and Rescue as the lead service for the UK.
