James has 27 years policing experience in a variety of both front line and strategic roles. He leads the Met’s Body Worn Video Team who implemented the largest global roll out of cameras. He chairs a unique National User Group consisting of 19 Forces ensuring one collaborative voice with their joint technology supplier.
